Coelina Edwards (b. 1984, Virginia) is a U.S.-based interdisciplinary artist whose practice spans mixed media collage, installation, jewelry, performance, photography, printmaking, sculpture, sound, and video. Rooted in research and personal history, their work engages memory, materiality, and connections to objects as a means of examining cultural identity.

Viewing the world through the lens of African American identities, Edwards explores the tension between concealment and revelation, preservation and protection, and honor and remembrance. Their narratives draw from personal lineage as well as broader histories of the African diaspora, using materials and form to navigate what is inherited, held, and transformed.

Edwards has exhibited their work in solo and group exhibitions across the United States.
